Clarktron Rimfire Gold
The Rimfire has 32 stations available.
Shut off any stations not needed---switch down.
The 6 digit counter will count press cycles. The reset on the corner is activated by pushing the internal toggle switch marked reset.
To make adjustments to the count, use the internal toggle switch marked set.
Operation:
- When a shell is missing on the front stroke the press will stop and the missing station will flash.
- When there is a probe hitting on the backstroke the press will be stopped and the errant station will flash along with the back stroke light.
- Keep the cam fail safe switch down when setting up the press, but leave it up when the press is running.
- Should a cam fail, the machine will be stopped and the cam fail safe light will be on.
- The Rimfire will always light the reset light on the front cover when it stops the press.
- Note that there is a chopper control circuit available to activate a chopper solenoid after a set number of counts. This is set by the switch marked Chop.
- A 110VAC signal is sent to the connector on the bottom of the Rimfire. Clarktron will provide a mating connector if it is decided to use this option.
- Note that there is a meter marked Strokes per minute on the front cover of the unit. This will display the press speed in cycles per minute when the press is running.
- In addition to 32 cyclic stations the unit also has an NO and an NC accessory circuit available with separate LEDs. The NC has a labeled bypass switch.
We Can Set Up Connectors to match any press wiring.
